Policy & Qualifications
- A compatible laptop/desktop, USB headset required upon enrollment into a client certification program.
- Internet and Ethernet cord that connects to router/modem.
- You are a 1099 independent contractor.
- You will be responsible for your own equipment.
- Must pass assessment. If you fail assessment, you need to wait 30 days to retake it.
- Background check fee of $30 good for 36 months (must be able to pass 7-year background check).

- As an independent contractor you can chose the hours you’d like to work, as long as it is available from the client.
- All clients require agents to service a minimum of 15 hours weekly to maintain your position.
- You are able to service more than one client at a time as long as training does not overlap.
